8.10 - Podcast Review of Episode 10 of Crash Landing On You (CLOY)

Today, we’ll be discussing Episode 10 of Crash Landing On You, the hit K Drama on Netflix starring Hyun Bin as Ri Jyeong hyeok, Son Ye-jin as Yoon Se-ri, Seo Ji-hye as Seo Dan and Kim Jung-hyun as Gu Seung joon. We discuss:

  • Kim Soo Hyun’s amazing cameo as a North Korea spy posing as a Chinese food delivery man. This is a role he played in Secretly Greatly.

  • The background and roles of the handsome and talented Ha Seok Jin, who plays Ri Mu Hyeok, Captain Ri’s brother.

    Did you mention the meaning ot the number 5?
    I will have to watch The Devil's Plan. My son follows a couple of cryptic puzzle sites (and makes me work on puzzles with him often). I think he might like the show.

      I don't know about the significance of the number 5. I know that in Japan, you don't buy things in sets of four, it's always five. And I also know that the number 7 is important in CLOY! Tell us more!

  2. I know! I think you would be so happy your heart would burst! How incredible was that? Especially knowing how it’s almost impossible to cross the border.

    Tell us more about the number 5. Do mean that there are often 5 characters? In this episode we have Jung Man Bok and Captain Ri’s four men. We have noticed that a lot of these Kdramas have 5 leads. Is there a greater significance to this number?
